Whether you're returning to your work, your business, or your voice, this guide is here to offer something most visibility advice forgets: grace.
No overwhelm. No pressure. Just a grounded map back to yourself — and your message.
I’m Lisa Henshall, a writer, strategist, and the founder of Henshall & Co. , where I help women — especially in midlife — reclaim their visibility and tell their stories with power, clarity, and truth. My background includes two decades of journalism, editorial strategy, and messaging consulting, and I bring all of that into this work — not to make you louder, but to help you be clearer.
You can find more of my writing right here at henshallandco.com, where I share essays, reflections, and the personal stories behind my own “soft pivot," on my blog.
I believe visibility doesn’t have to feel like performance, it can feel like home.
And this guide is your first step back to that place.

A piece we produced for the Black Friday Weekend Blackout protest in November 2026 was very well received. There is a Nationwide Strike scheduled for March 2026 and protests are planned beyond. Download the updated guide FREE, below.
Are you prepared? NO? YOU NEED OUR FREE CHAOS GUIDE FOR BUSINESS!
Not sure what the Blackout is? We’ve got you. Read on … It’s a weekend of protests and an economic strike. There’s a coordinated national economic protest being promoted for November 25 to December 2, 2025, by a movement calling itself Blackout The System. Participants are encouraged to not work, not shop, not spend money during that week - which includes Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

In 2025, the U.S. officially stopped producing pennies for general circulation. The cost to make them far exceeded their value in 2024. With growing supply-chain constraints and dwindling coin distribution, the U.S. Mint ceased penny production and the Federal Reserve reduced recirculation nationwide.
Unfortunately, the decision was made without any guidelines. In fact, no lead time or plan was given to the businesses by the government before the sudden demise of the currency.
This has understandably led to local shortages, especially for small businesses that handle cash.
Chaos might actually be a better word.
Since tax rates still calculate to the cent, many business owners are left asking:
Now what?
I've done the research so you don't have to and we'll have a range of options for help available within the week.
