FAQ 

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer monthly/quarterly payments for social media and retainer services. For one-time projects, I split payment into two parts—50% up front to secure your start date, and 50% once we finalize everything.

What platforms do you build websites on?
Showit, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix—whatever fits your goals best. So far, my favorite is Wix because you can update your own site easily without waiting on help from me.

How many rounds of revisions?
2–3 included depending on the scope. If we need more, that’s doable, too (with a small fee).

Will I own the designs?
Absolutely. Once we’re done and the final invoice is paid, they’re yours—full rights, no strings. 

Can I get the final files in Canva or Adobe?
Both! You’ll receive editable Canva templates if included, and pro design files where applicable.

What if I don’t know what I need yet?
That’s what strategy is for. We’ll figure it out together—step by step.

Do you help with launching?
It’s one of my favorite parts. I’ll help you build buzz and momentum with a clear roadmap.


Will I know how to use everything after?
Yes. I’ll give you brand guidelines, organized folders, and walkthroughs if needed.


Do you work with all industries?
I work with values-led, creative businesses across industries. If we vibe, we’ll make something great.


Can I give feedback during the process?
Absolutely. This is collaborative—and your voice matters.


Can I just get a logo?
Nope. Because a logo alone won’t fix a brand that’s misaligned. I only offer holistic, strategy-based branding.


Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes! I’m here for you post-launch for tweaks, questions, and ongoing support if needed.
